3. Estimates and Quotes

All estimates provided are free of charge and based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may vary depending on actual conditions discovered during work. We will communicate any changes to pricing before proceeding with additional work.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed
• We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards
• For larger projects, a deposit may be required
• Late payments may incur additional fees

5. Warranty

We stand behind our work. All labor is warranted for 1 year from the date of service. Manufacturer warranties apply to materials and equipment. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, natural disasters, or work performed by others.

6. Permits and Inspections

We are licensed and insured in the State of Utah. We will obtain necessary permits and schedule inspections as required by local building codes. The customer is responsible for permit fees unless otherwise agreed.

7. Limitation of Liability

Roger Wood Electric Corp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to:

• Provide clear access to work areas
• Remove valuables and fragile items from work zones
• Inform us of any known hazards or special conditions
• Ensure pets are secured during service visits

9. Cancellation

Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee. We understand that emergencies happen and will work with you when possible.
